About Eva

 

Eva LaVigne holds a B.S. in psychobiology where she learned the intricate connections between the mind and the body. Imbalances can contribute to both physical and emotional dysfunctions.  Eva can help help you achieve harmony and balance by providing tension relief and relaxation through deep tissue techniques combined with smooth fluid strokes. She also offers hot stone therapeutic massage. Eva is a graduate of the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy.
About Tiffany  

Tiffany Butler has been practicing massage therapy since 2005. Her specialties include deep tissue, hot stone, herbal, Shiatsu, and lymphatic breast massage. She has a natural ability to tune into her clients’ emotional state as well as their physical and provides a deep sense of calm along with her massage.
About Alina  

Alina Piccone graduated from the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in Manhattan where she received over 1200 hours of massage therapy training. She offers Swedish relaxation and deep tissue massage, as well as Shiatsu. Alina also holds a B.A. in Psychology and is a Certified Health Counselor, and believes in a whole body approach to health and wellness.
About Brenda  

Brenda Cary Jenks is a Reiki Master and teacher. She has been working in the field of complementary holistic healthcare for 15 years and is a member of Saratoga Integrated Practitioners Network. She has taught and lectured at Johnsburg Public Library, Caldwell Lake George Public Library, Mechanicville Public Library, Adirondack Community College, and Bennington College. "I dedicate myself to help you live a healthier, happier, more prosperous life through the use of my skills, training and intention."

 

About Lesley

 

Lesley Waters is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist and certified Reiki practitioner in Saratoga Springs, practicing professionally since 2000. Lesley is a published journalist on the health benefits of massage and offers seminars on stress reduction and worksite wellness. She graduated from the CNW School of Massage Therapy in Rensselaer, NY with over 1000 hours of training.
