About Eva
Eva is a graduate of the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy and has been with Massage at Saratoga since 2006. Experts estimate that upwards of ninety percent of disease is stress related and perhaps nothing ages us faster internally and externally than high stress. Both physical and emotional imbalances can translate into dysfunction which may interfere with daily activities and quality of life. Research continues to show the enormous benefits of touch-which range from treating chronic diseases, neurological disorders, and injuries to alleviating the stress of day-to-day minutia. Eva offers an array of modalities to help her clients achieve a more harmonious balance, relief of pain and tension, and increased range of motion including Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Reiki, and Reflexology. She takes the time to check in with her clients before and after each session to insure their therapeutic goals have been met as well as make recommendations as to helpful stretches and/or exercises that can prolong the benefits of the massage in between sessions.

About Tyler
Tyler is a graduate of the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy and specializes in therapeutic and restorative massage. He employs a range of techniques integrating Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy (trigger point therapy), Acupressure & Hot Stone Massage. Stretching and Muscle Energy techniques are also incorporated into his work to help further reduce pain and tension and provide relief to his clients. Massage fosters the release your body's natural pain killers (endorphins) therefore enabling a natural recovery vs. a "band-aid" approach to pain relief. His philosophy is centered on rehabilitation and restoration without causing added discomfort to his clients. The 'No pain, no gain' mantra need not be true to gain actual results.
